Is treatment covered under OHIP?

Your treatment at PhysioCure is not covered under OHIP. However, you may use any extended health care benefits you have though your work. If you are injured in an accident at work, you may be eligible for WSIB to pay for your treatment. If you were injured in a car accident, your treatment will be covered under your automobile insurance policy.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No, you do not need a doctor's referral to access Physiotherapy, Chiropractor or Massage Therapy in private practice. Some extended health benefit insurance plans requires a physicians referral to access your benefits. Please check with your policy provider.

How do I pay for my treatments?

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque and credit/debit card. Our fees vary depending on the type of services and duration of the appointment. Please call our reception at 905-848-2873 to find more about our prices.

What if I was injured at work place? or currenlty under Workplace Safety and Insurance Board(WSIB) plans/coverage?

If approved, the cost of your treatments will be covered through WSIB. Please bring us details about your work place, your injury and if you have your WSIB claim number.

What if my injury occured as a result of a Motor Vehicle Accident?

Physiocure will submit any invoice directly to your insurance company for payment which is prior approved through a treatment plan.
