It’s 6am and you are ready to go on your morning run. As you are heading out the door, you notice some pain on the back of your foot, but you think nothing of it. During your run, this pain gets worse, so you walk the remaining distance to get home. You proceed with your day seated, working from home and you notice the pain is gone. However, you do your run again the next morning and feel the same pain. This time, you try using ice and doing some stretches you found online, but its not getting better and now you’ve stopped doing your morning run to avoid the pain. You feel better, but you’re not running.
